About Stacey
My favorite thing about mentoring students is seeing them succeed.
I've always enjoyed mentoring people, so when a senior in the math department passed down a tutoring job I was quick to take it.
I completed my undergraduate degree with a major in Theatre Arts and a minor in Mathematics. Throughout college, I tutored high school students in the area and virtually.

First, I like to get to know the learning environment that a student excels in. Do they prefer learning visually, auditorily, etc? I always start with the basics of the class and build off of those key skills. I also like to help the student establish some time management skills.
I have worked with high school level students thus far taking Algebra 2, AP Calculus, and AP Physics. I also have experience mentoring younger students in multiple subjects.
