Over 3 years of experiences in teaching High School level Mathematics.
Worked as acdemic tutor in College, teaching college level Math subjects.
I would like to introduce my students to the beauty of mathematics and help them find fun in learning about the subject. I enjoy getting to know my students and figure out learning strategies most suitable for the students' characteristics.

1. Learn about the student's back ground and his/her existing learning environment. I often let the student describe what he/she thinks about the subject area, his likes and dislike.
2. Observe and get to know the student's personality, learning habits, and other characteristics. I then develop several teaching strategies and test them out, making modifications along the way.
