I have a degree in Civil Engineering. I work as a Supervisor in IT Support. Train employees, so have strong teaching skills
I find it most rewarding when a student/trainee gets to the point that they realize they understand the material.
I have helped tutor peers and helped friends' children learn various subjects, primarily math. I have decided to extend that experience into a more professional setting.
I have a degree in Civil Engineering. I am a trainer/supervisor at my full-time job providing IT Support.

I like to find the baseline for my students, then review the end goals. From there I can build a lesson plan and work on finding ways to relate the material to other parts of the student's day to help the lessons stick.
Primarily High Schoolers, with some college ages for school subjects.
At my primary job, I train 16 yrs old through elderly employees.
Be ready to learn, but also make sure the tutor/teacher knows the material.
