About Precious
Experienced private academic tutor with over three years of experience in tutoring. Excellent at resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. Positive and upbeat communicator with good planning abilities. Caring and passionate about helping students excel academically. Well-organized, focused, and diligent about exploring concepts with diverse strategies to maximize understanding. Specializing in 1:1 and group instruction, team collaboration, and relations with students, parents and support staff.
The reason I started tutoring is that I loved the feeling of helping a child finally understand something they are struggling with and the way there face would light up when they learn something new. I enjoy helping kids getting excited to learn.
I may not be a college student but I have been working with kids and helping them with there schoolwork since I was 5th grade and helped them keep their grades up. I also have been working with kids from ages 1-13 as a children's youth Sunday school teacher. I get along with kids very well and the fact that I am still young makes it easier for them to work with me and talk to me.

My typical process for working with new students is to talk to there parents an get an understanding of what they would like me to work on with the student. Then I would talk to the student and learn about them and get them comfortable and at ease with me. I would then give them a test to get a better understanding of where they are at an what we need to work on so I can build a lesson plan to help them.

Precious has always helped me with all my projects and assignments when needed her help and because of her i was able to maintain a A average in school. She was always quick to respond t me and any of her other students when they needed help. She was a great tutor highly recommend
She was very professional even though she is young and she was able to get my child attention and work with them. She is great with kids and good at communicating with them breaking it down to their understanding.
