About James
Hi! My name is James Peredo. I'm 28, an Air Force veteran, have a B.S. in Applied Mathematics (magna cum laude), and am actively pursuing a masters degree with an end goal of working in academia with a doctorate. My passion is math. I've loved math ever since I was a child and now I want to instill some of that passion into others.
I am relatively new to tutoring, but I have always been the "go-to math guy" for my friends and family, and I can assure you that it would be my absolute pleasure to help you/the student in any way I can.
Learning can be tough, and learning math even tougher. Using the resources and knowledge I've gathered over the years, I know that I can help students take on their problems step by step while explaining the logic behind each step if necessary.
