About Karina
I am a high school graduate from Watsonville High school. I had graduated at the top 10% of my class and was a part of an Ivy League program that would prepare me for an Ivy League school. After graduation, I had decided to remain in Watsonville in order to learn how to manage my time as a college student. At the moment I am a Cabrillo college student who is majoring in mathematics. I have completed courses up to Calculus 1 and plan on receiving my Associates in Mathematics in 2023.

I do not have much experience in tutoring as one may prefer, but I do have the passion to learn. From what I have observed in my own time being tutored, working with new students is learning about each other's characters and how each processes information. I find that an important aspect of working with a new student is to learn their ways of analysis in order to customize the perfect way for them to learn the material they wish to excel in. I also find new students as new friends, so I will always be up to learning more about a student's likes and dislikes if it is ok with them.
I have only worked with my fellow classmates during high school and at the moment a friend of mine. During high school, I would work with my freshman, sophomore, and junior classmates in tutoring Algebra I and II. At the moment I am tutoring Pre-Calculus to a close friend of mine.
