Healing is a curious adventure into our internal states. It can be so fun! I love the miracles that I get to be a part of~*

Six years ago I began working for a mindfulness organization called missionbe.org. I later began integrating mindfulness as well as energy and sound healing into my own personal curriculum.

I have a degree in psychology and have been studying sound and voice healing for over 10 years. I have been teaching mindfulness for over 6 years, and a student of energy healing for 5 years. I have had a private healing practice for 4 years now. It is one of my favorite places to be, it is always a learning experience. Curiosity is the safest and most fun place to be.

About the lesson

30 minute phone or zoom consultation: What are your needs and how can I support them?

I have taught preschool-12th grade as well as parents, educators and school administration. I have worked with athletes, techies, and artists.

I feel that reasonance is the most important quality for choosing a meditation teacher. It is the signal from their nervous system to yours that will be informing you and your learning. Entrainment is a term that comes from the worlds of music, sound and frequency. The biomusicology deffinition of Entrainment is: the syncronization of organisms to an external rhythm. Choose someone whos rhythm you feel safe and inspired by.

I worked with a woman over the course of 4 sessions. They were 1.5 hour long somatic, mediative, trauma clearing sessions. She texted me 2 months later and said that the back pain that she had been dealing with for years dissapeared after our sessions! We were not even trying to heal her back! It was a byproduct of releaseing the memory of painful experiences from her body...so beautiful.

Sliding Scale Standard Rates - Individual and Group:

30 min guided meditaiton (Optional Vocal Sound Meditation)- Individual $30-$50 - Group $15-$25 per person

1 hour meditation with body maping and awareness state conditioning - Individual $60 -$100 - Group $30 -$50
