About Christopher
I started my yoga journey in 2018 by attending small group classes all around New Jersey. Ever since then I realized that yoga, meditation, reiki, other holistic self-healing modalities had helped me overcome many emotional, physical, and spiritual obstacles, especially during the pandemic in where my practice deepened even more. In May of 2021 I became 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certified through the Sutra Seeds training program in Rahway New Jersey. After my yoga teacher training, I also became Reiki Master Certified and is trained in Chakra healing techniques, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), pranayama (breathing techniques), and guided meditations. I am a lifelong learner and incorporates all modalities from my studies into my classes. I specialize in energy work through asana, chanting, EFT, breathing, and reiki healing. I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and all these modalities to my students and assures to tailor each of my lessons to incorporate healing for each one of my students’ individual and unique needs. I want my students to walk out of my classes with tools or techniques that they can use in their own self-healing journey.
I am a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher
I am Reiki Master Certified
I have done trainings in Chakra and energy healing
I have done trainings and received certificates in EFT practitioner and teacher.
