About
Hi! I've studied Qigong- the foundation of all martial arts- for five years now. My primary instructor has been Mimi Kuo-Deemer, whose work you can find online. My practice has developed out of her emphasis on the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, water. I also add to this season-based practice my background in astrology, offering sign-based movement forms inspired by traditional qigong forms. Central to my qigong practice is accessibility-- adjustments for every body type-- and joy. The kind of joy that promotes peace and balance to any lifestyle.
