About Erika
Clear Spring Meditation offers workshops, classes, and retreats on meditation and mindful movement. Sessions are designed to help students identify their goals, support practices that will help them meet those goals, and offer continuing discussion about the teachings that will help students to sustain their practice.
Erika has practiced meditation for over ten years and has studied the traditions of Vipassana, Zen, yoga, and Buddhism. She is also a certified mindfulness teacher, which allows her to offer practical stress-reduction techniques that help individuals cultivate more peace and joy in their lives. For those looking to deepen their spiritual path, Erika teaches spiritual practices offered by the rich, nondualist teachings that can be found at the heart of all religious traditions.

Individual sessions will start by discussing what past experience the student has with meditation or other spiritual practices and what they have found helpful or interesting. Next, we will discuss goals. For example, is the student looking to reduce anxiety? Are they interested in general stress reduction? Or are they looking to deepen their spiritual practice? We will then talk about what tools might work best for their goals, and take some time to practice those tools with a guided meditation session.
