About Ramsey
I help athletes become stronger, faster, quicker and more explosive then teach you how it applies to sport.
I enjoy watching athletes develop and succeed at accomplishing their goals.
I have a Masters degree in kinesiology with a focus in exercise science. I also have been a football coach for 6 years, 3 years at the high school level and 3 years at the community college level. I have also been a strength and conditioning coach for 3 years. Lastly I have a Performance Enhancement Specialist certification from NASM.
