Hello softball & baseball enthusiasts! My name is Allie Bradian, and I'm here to elevate your game, both on the field and in the mind.

🌟 Background: Born and raised in NJ, I took my passion for sports to Fordham University where I competed at the D1 level in softball. While I am deeply acquainted with the softball world, my expertise transcends the diamond. Today, I reside in beautiful southern Florida, bringing my wealth of experience to young athletes like you.

🎓 Credentials: I hold a doctorate in Sport & Performance Psychology. This doesn't just make me an on-field coach; it empowers me to be a specialist in the mental aspect of sports, particularly baseball and softball. Having faced the challenges of high-level competition myself, I understand the nuances and pressures of the game intimately.

🌱 Philosophy: Skills training remains central to my coaching approach. I currently teach physical skills to softball players*, but not baseball players. However, I believe that mastering the mental game is equally, if not more, crucial. With me, you'll gain a holistic perspective—sharpening your physical abilities while nurturing a resilient and strategic mindset.
