About Dali
I enjoy seeing someone perform to the ability they are capable of. I utilize only the best techniques nothing fancy that's only for looks. Performance is the goal and I approach that holistically, body and mind.
I trained soldiers in the army and just enjoyed seeing the results of others
I have an Olympic weightlifting coaching certification and college degree in exercise science.

Taking general information then working into a needs analysis to determine what we need to work on.
Soldiers, high school athletes, division 1 college athletes, national champion powerlifters.
Certification and experience are everything. I see people who have the looks thinking they have the coaching ability and don't know what they're doing at all. Do research on the type of certification someone has as well as some are bogus online certifications that allow open book exams.
An athlete I coach recently won a national event in USA weightlifting.
