About Magdalena

Hey there, my name is Magdalena - or shorter just Magda.
I lived in Germany (Bavaria) before moving to Australia, 2021.

I grew up as a bilingual child and from then on, my love for languages might have started (of course also the fact that I love travelling). I used to work in different countries in Europe as well, due to my jobs and study background.

I live now in Sydney (Australia) and work as a freelance Graphic Designer and Business Consultant.

About the lesson

I have a teaching/educational background for over 5 years. I started teaching German, English, French and Sciencies when I went to uni.
Later, I moved to adult and children education about History, Human Sciences and Art.
Therefore, I have experience in teaching children (age 6-16) and adults.

I have also experience in working for a management consulting company and can help you with your preparation for job interviews, applications and Business German in general.

Unlike in a school setting, I always tailor my lessons to your wishes, needs and goals.
You will always have a say in how you wish the lessons to be taught and what to focus on.
I am a big fan of interactive learning. That means, we can best learn when we use at least two of our senses in the meantime. Therefore, audios, videos, text reading, role plays, but also doing things by yourself and get feedback - are my cup of tea.
I will guide you and help you with your learning.

I offer lessons for 30 or 50 or 80 minutes. Depending on your needs.
