About Coach

I provide private, one-on-one personal training in a focused, distraction-free environment designed entirely around you. Every program is built from the ground up using a detailed assessment of your movement, posture, and goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or simply feel better in your body, your training is structured with precision and purpose.

I specialize in corrective exercise and biomechanics, helping clients move better, reduce pain, and build strength the right way. Many of my clients are over 40, coming out of physical therapy, or have struggled with injuries, limitations, or inconsistent results in the past. I also work with individuals who want a higher level of coaching and accountability than what typical gyms or group classes provide.

In addition to in-person training at my private studio in Abilene, I also offer remote coaching through my training app. This allows you to follow a fully customized program anywhere, with ongoing updates, instruction, and direct communication. I stay involved in your progress through messaging, video review, and regular check-ins to ensure you are performing each movement correctly and continuing to improve.

This is not a generic program or a one-size-fits-all approach. Everything is tailored specifically to you so you can train with confidence, stay consistent, and get results that last.

About the lesson

I direct them to my website and have them fill out my online Comprehensive Fitness, Nutrition and Lifestyle Questionnaire. After reviewing it, I follow up with a phone consultation to discuss a personalized fitness plan for them.

Make sure that trainer has the proper credentials and certifications. Many will call themselves a personal trainer simply because they workout but have not invested any time into attaining the knowledge and certifications to be able to effectively administer a training program to help you reach your goals. Ask to see those credentials so that you will know that you are making a sound investment.
