About Coach

When it comes to basketball and fitness training, I am dedicated to my clients and reassure progress because I believe this what I was born to do! Here at Keyworkoutz you will get the ultimate experience when it comes to the training! I have played 10years of professional basketball and i have been training for 5 years. My clients ages range from 4 to 52 currently. You can check out my training videos (concealed information) and keyworkoutz.fitness on instagram and facebook as well.

What i enjoy the most is seeing the progress in my clients whether it’s fitness or basketball. The goal is to help others achieve their goals and better better than they were when they arrived.

For fitness, i tore my achilles and rehabilitated myself. After people saw what i did for myself ,they inquired about me becoming their trainer.

For basketball i played professionally and always participated in basketball camps and skills trainings.

I have professional basketball experience and i am Certified in personal training

About the lesson

We will go over the basics and from that point i can figure out their weaknesses and strengths. I always like to communicate with the clients parents or with them on the things ive noticed.

$320 for unlimited session for the month (gym membership included)
