About Nathalie
Fitness has been part of my journey 17+ years. It was my outlet to overcome depression and other obstacles in my life. After resigning from law enforcement in 2019, I decided to pursue my passion and help other women overcome their daily struggles by aiming to live a substainabl lifestyle. I can relate to so much when it comes to my clients, where we build long term relationships.
I'm a certified personal trainer through PTA-Global.

Before getting started on a coaching program, I'd like to go through our first initial consultation to see if we'd be a good fit to work together. I think it's important to feel comfortable and confident with your coach/ trainer prior to making any important decisions when it comes to investing in your health.
I mainly work with women. I feel very strongly and passionate about Empowering and inspiring other women to become the best version of themselves.
