I have a gym convienetley located right off of Metro center in downtown DC. I can also travel to a location that works for you.

I like to start with a free consultation so we can meet in person. This will give us a chance to see if my gym or traveling to them will be convienent enough for our schedule. In the consultation we will do a quick 20 minute or so assessment t workout. This will allow me to see there starting point. From there we see if our schedules will work for eachother. Lastly we will talk budget and workout something both parties will be comfortable with.

Pricing depends on your level of commitment, how many times you see me a week. My minimum is usually $65 per session but I'm willing to negotiate.
