About
My name is Nik Cook. I am originally from Orange, CA, and I attended UCLA as a preferred walk-on on the golf team. I got to compete against both Jake Knapp and Patrick Cantlay while I was there, and truthfully, they walked all over me! But, I've channeled my competitive drive into a desire to help others achieve things I never could. I've spent the last 10 years as a Sports Performance Coach and Personal Trainer, I've worked with over a dozen high school athletes that subsequently earned collegiate scholarships to different universities including Whittier College, UCI, and Colorado State University.
I am currently certified as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as USA Weightlifting Lvl 1 Performance Coach and TPI Lvl 1 Performance Coach.
In what spare time I do have, I love to be improving at something. Right now, my main priorities are improving my own health and body composition, and I hope to spend a little time sharpening my swing. But we'll see how that goes as I'm also learning how to be a dad!
