About Toree
Hi my name is Toree! And I am a wellness coach based out of Nashville TN. I help people with their nutrition plan and fitness for long term results! No fad diet allowed. Flexible eating is what I teach my clients. Food is fuel! Who ever sticks to diets? No one! That is why they call it a diet... I have lost 30 pounds using the same program I teach others!
I am also a Cardio Drumming Instructor so I have lots of experience knowing how to make people sweat and push them to their highest potential! Never heard CARDIO DRUMMING.... Its a blast! You will never look at exercising the same again!
I am also taking clients for personal training sesh going into 2019!
