Fred is a great trainer , despite his young age , he has a perfect knowledge of boxing and the art of fighting. Not only he's good at teaching boxing but he has made some incredible work in terms of discipline concerning diet and training. His approach of determining small goals to ne able to achieve it is a total success. I'd never think I'd be able to do so much ! I am happy to have found him.
