About Neil
Greetings! My name is Neil Daryani and I have been doing personal training for over 2 years now. I have knowledge and experience on functional training; being able to improve your quality of life, mobility, and strength, while improving on doing the activities you enjoy. I am a former performance coach at EXOS, where I learned about programming for the general population along with athletic training. I have a corrective exercise specialization, which I use to generate a warm up specific to your bodies needs. My overall practice is focused on improving in the 4 major pillars of performance: training, fueling, recovery, and mindset.
