About Lelia
I custom design exercise programs using free weights, resistance tubes and body weight. My mission is to help you meet your individual goals based on your fitness and injury history, current health situation or issues, and time limitations. My specialties are midlife fitness, posture correction, and post physical therapy improvement & maitenance. I will assist you with form & motivation during our live, interactive video sessions and with regular contact between sessions. I will advise you on cardiovascular exercise and help you improve your nutrition. I'm looking forward to helping you meet your goals!
Drawing on my 30 years of experience, my approach is to start gently and gradually increase the intensity without injury – especially to your motivation.
My goal is to help you make permanent healthy changes in order to improve your level of fitness for the rest of your life.
It was a avid hobby that I turned into my profession over 30 years ago. :)
