About Tim and Lisa
All of our trainers are highly certified with Sports Performance certifications required to train athletes and personal training for adults of all ages and levels. A 4 year degree in either Exercise Science or Kiniesology is required to get those high end certifications. This is where we stand out from the competition. Better results in a shorter amount of time which is less cost to the consumer. We have a brand new beautiful faciltiy with indoor turf and weight room as well as large outdoor field. We aslo provide showers and separate bathrooms for men and women. Our trainers are wonderful and will keep you coming back!
The energy in our gym is like no other. Our trainers are highly motivating and all have a great personality and good sense of humor. They make working out enjoyable!!!
