About Samuel
With over a decade of experience training athletes of all caliber, I have dedicated my life to the pursuit of creating elite athletes. Working with players in the beginning of their competitive years in high school, to football players in the NFL, the drive is the same while the program varies.

-Assess:
Getting to know the client and what their goals are is the most important & first step in the process. Looking at movement patterns and possible imbalances helps to set the stage for where to begin.
-Educate:
Giving the client the insight as to what the program is going to look like helps the them to understand why we are doing what we are doing. It makes doing the hard things easier to understand what the payoff is going to be.
-Deliver:
Once the program has been established, I deliver the goods. High intensity training, motivation to push beyond our limits, and laser-focused training programs.

Working with a young high school hockey player for the past 2 years and watching him grow into an amazing young man. From the smallest, youngest person on his club team, to making AAA hockey and getting pushed to forward from how fast and strong he has gotten on the ice.
