About Alexandra
I come from a family of teachers and have an affinity for teaching that goes back to grade school. I led study groups up through college and even performed a scientific study on teaching techniques. Turns out, students do best with a combination of theory and practical experience. I apply this in my training as well; explaining why we are doing certain movements while actively providing cues to assist you in executing the movement correctly.
I am a self-taught trainer and decorated bodybuilder with 7 years experience, currently working on my PT certification. I have trained and studied with professional trainers and bodybuilders, including my current partner, so I have developed a wealth of knowledge from in-person experience that textbooks cannot teach you.

I start with a complimentary assessment and baseline measure of mobility and strength.
During this session, we will evaluate your previous experience, goals, and assess your current performance as a gauge for later customized training.
I have worked with a range of ages and experience from late teens to middle-age and beginner to experienced. For beginners or those fairly new, my goal is to teach you through wisdom so that you can reach your goals faster and waste less time with trial-and-error. For my more experienced students, the goal is to provide diverse and specialized training that targets any weaknesses to aid you in becoming well-rounded.
I recently welcomed a new family member, a French Bulldog named Chichi. She does a lot of snorting but is cute as a button and I couldn't be happier to be a dog parent.
