About Tabetha
Physical and mental wellness is my passion. I'm a Certified Fitness Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the International Sports Sciences (ISSA). Currently, I train my clients virtually, as well as part-time at the beautiful Equinox Fitness Club in Lincoln Park, IL. My goal is to build a diverse clientele, who are committed to change. I'm interested in coaching and supporting those who are serious about achieveing their fitness, nutritional and ultimately lifestyle goals. I specialize in strength training (weightlifting, aerobics and resistance training) and I love to use uncoventional equipment to get a fantastic workout!
Learning about my clients, encouraging them on their fitness journey and sharing my own experiences along the way. It's an added bonus to see my clients make serious progress and see results from all their hardwork and dedication!
