About Randy
I'm a certified Strength & Conditioning coach as well as Corrective movement Specialist. Having a wide and diverse background enables me to go beyond the normal "workouts" & deliver a more targeted approach designed for each client.

I get work with a wide variety of people. I have nationally ranked powerlifters, high school athletes of every sport on select & national teams. I have D1 athletes and even one that turned pro. I have kids, overweight & special needs clients to moms just trying to stay in shape. The need to think outside the box on different levels in very rewarding.
