The first visit is always a thorough evaluation. It is a blend of a physical therapy evaluation (I am a physical therapist) and movement screen.
This gives me all the information I need to know about how the individual moves.
I have worked with a wide array of clients and patients. Ages ranged from 5 to 100. Yes, I am totally being serious. I actually had a 100-year-old patient.
Currently, I work with individuals that want to exercise but are injured or have concerns about getting injured.
We develop a plan to addresses injuries or limitations that can cause injuries and use that as the foundation of the program.
