About David
I am a running coach with 25+ of competitive running experience. I create a custom training plans for runners of all ages and goals. Core and strength work as well. I will even run with you! Easy cruise or structured workouts and long runs.
I love experiencing a client begin to enjoy running for the first time as well as the experienced runner breaking through.
I am a certified personal trainer with an additional certification on sports performance. Both by ACE (American Council on Exercise).

Super great guy and he made running fun. I’m not a fast runner and he never made me feel bad. He was very accommodating with his time and worked with my schedule (5:30am. It was killer).
