About Jackie
I practice what I preach, which enables me to teach from personal experience as well as professional knowledge.
I was a dancer for 8 years, I've completed a century bike ride and love all forms of training.
I will workout with you if that is what you choose. I am competitive in nature and will always challenge you to push yourself.
I love group training, so if you have 1-4 people you want to train with we can schedule group sessions.

In our first session I will do a fitness assessment to get to know your fitness level. I am also interested in getting to know what types of exercises you enjoy, least enjoy and are the most challenging or easy for you. I am a no-nonsense trainer so come ready to work.
