About Lenzi
Coach Lenzi “ The Lioness” Marshall, here!! A little about myself, I’m 32 years old, a Marine Corps veteran, and currently in school earning a bachelor’s degree in Sports & Health Sciences. I have chosen to pursue a career in fitness so that I might share my undeniable passion for helping others excel in all avenues of physical wellness; mind, body, and soul.
I’m am a certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, and last but never least; Corrective Exercise Specialist! So, whatever your fitness or wellness needs, believe me when I say “I GOT YOU!!”
I thrive on connection. Helping to motivate, as well has educated my clients on how to better take care of their bodies or make better/healthier daily life habits; seeing that progression, and being apart of that kind of transformation is what a career in fitness is all about!
