About Ciji
At CFIT, we offer personalized training and nutritional coaching to busy professionals, remote working professionals and anyone who finds it hard to make time to train for the results they want.
We make the process of training easier for our clients by offering in-home training. We come to their location (home gym space , office gym space, etc). We also offer virtual training using FaceTime or Google Meet so you can train from anywhere eliminating travel time to a gym.
Gym training is provided per the clients request, but we know with busy and remote professionals finding time to get to a gym.

I am certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Science and Medicine.
I've continued to grow in the field of fitness by becoming an EXOS Certified Fitness Specialist.
To improve the overall movement of my client's mobility and flexibility, I am certified with Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
To provide my clients with nutritional guidance and support for balanced eating, I am certified with Precision Nutrition as a coach.
