About Jen
I decided to follow the career I was most passionate about and have been helping other reach their goals ever since.
Jen is a Personal Trainer certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the Athletic Certification & Training Commission (Action). She also holds a certification in group training through ACSM, Health Coaching through ACE Fitness, Advance Nutrition through Action and Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute. As well as having a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science earned through Broadview University and is currently working towards a Masters Degree for Nutrition.

I typically recommending meeting up for a consulations (free) to discuss goals and current health and fitness status. I normally recommended starting off with my New Client Special which is 3 sessions for $89 whcih is great opportunity to get to know each other and for the client/student to see if they are happy with my teaching/training style with minimum commitment.
