About Brandon
I love helping people reach their goals. I know what it's like to do everything by myself. (Self Taught) and I am passionate about teaching others how to be self sufficient also! Give me 6-12 months depending on your goals and never hire another coach again!
At 14 years old I knew I would be using all my knowledge to eventually teach others. So after training for a few years myself...around 16 or 17 I was helping friends family etc. Got some clients in 2020 after everything shut down. And realized I had to think bigger...not just helping coach physical bodies...but the other 3 which are just as important:)
27 years of life experience!
13+ years in health/wellness/fitness!
11+ years in customer service, retail, and hospitality!
Thousands of hours of trial and error, videos, peer reviewed studies, training clients...and more!
Nsca certified and asfa certified. Everything else is self taught!
