About Pedro

I have been in the fitness industry for well over twenty years. This company is newly founded, designed to encompass who I am and what I believe in. It embodies the whole scope of wellness, health, and fitness. I am fully committed to ensuring that my clients achieve whatever results they desire in a safe, honest and enjoyable atmosphere.

I love watching the whole body, mind and spirit transformation process. Usually, people come to me with one specific goal. Within a short amount of time, they realize how their entire lives have changed for the better. That gives me the ultimate feeling of success.

I consider myself very fortunate and blessed. I went to college, earned a degree in exercise science, and dedicated my professional career to doing what I love while being able to really make a positive impact on others' lives.

I earned a BSE from Florida Atlantic University in 2001. My degree is in Ecersice Science and Personal Training.

My personal training certification is from N.F.P.T, National Federation of PProfessional Trainers, one of the most prestigious certifications in the field. Additionally, my certification demands that I take continuing education courses on a yearly basis.

I have specialized training in stretching techniques, as well as boot camp workouts.

I have been in the personal training industry for over 26 years, and I have BLS/CPR/AED training certification as well as personal liability insurance.

Slow and steady wins the race. That applies to personal training results as well.

When we first meet, I will perform a whole body analysis on you. This includes measurements as well as body fat analysis and body weight. We will also fill out a comprehensive health-history questionnaire.

After that, I will have a pretty accurate idea of where we are starting and the correct, safe course of action for us to take together. When I combine your goals with the information I gather, the result is an exercise prescription custom tailored to your particular needs.

Again, I am very fortunate to have worked with a very diversified population base.

I have worked with: children, teens, young adults, mature adults, seniors, specially abled people, people with injuries, people who are rehabilitating, overly thin, overly heavy, and healthy people as well.

The following is an abbreviated list:

* Post-surgical rehabilitation

* Body building

* Weight loss

* Bone density increase

* Lower back pain exercises and stretches

* Flexibility training

* Sport-specific training

* Nutritional counseling

* Posture improvements

* Muscle gain

* General strength and conditioning

PLEASE do your homework.

There are thousands of personal trainers in your area. You will find pricepoints per hour varying from around $15.00 per hour to amounts over $200.00 per hour.

Remember, that if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. Most trainers in the very low end of the hourly rates are very new to the business, or they work for a commercial espablishment that you would have to join.

Look at reviews. Go to websites. Ask for references. Find out how long the trainer has been in business. Find out if they do this part-time (to supplement their income) or full-time.

Find out if the trainer has liability insurance (very important).

Meet the trainer before you hire them. This is really important. You are making an investment in yourself. Make sure that you and the trainer are a "good fit".

That being said, I assure you of a few things about myself:

1. This is a full-time career for me. I take my job very seriously.

2. I have the educational background needed to make sure you are in safe hands.

3. I have plenty of reviews on-line. You can check them out at: (concealed information)

4. Your first workout is always complimentary. This way, you will "try before you buy".

5. My website is informative and professional. This is a direct reflection of how my wife and I run our business.

6. I have personal liability insurance for my business that covers both of us, no matter where we train.

7. If you follow my advice, and if you train as scheduled, you WILL see positive results.

Reluctantly, a new client signed a training contract with me. He had severe lower back pain that was prohibiting him from enjoying everyday life. I say he was reluctant, because he doubted that physical training would help his situation. It was his wife who originally reached out to me.

Six months later, he has no lower back pain, feels more joy out of life, is more flexible, and tells me that I will be working with him for life.

I have had multiple moments like this that make MY everyday life more enriched.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Things to consider:

1. What are your goals?

2. How much time per week can you commit to? (sessions per week)

3. What qualifications in a personal trainer are important for you? Do they have a degree in a related field?

4. Do you prefer a certain gender trainer?

5. Where do you plan on training? Do you have access to a gym where you live? If not, do you have adequate space for work outs? (I travel with equipment)

6. Are you REALLY ready to make your life better?
