About Melissa
My profession is called personal training which means paying attention to the details of each clients needs. I love getting client results. It has been my marketing for over 35 years.

I have a BS in Kinesiology /Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition and chemistry.
Not many trainers get a degree in the area and rely on only a certificate if that to take clients lives in their hands.
