All types from senior citizens, to youths, I've been traing for 8 years there isn't a demographic I haven't had success with. From athletes to the morbidly obese.
Patience is key, any instructor that promises overnight solutions is full of it, if tricks and gimmicks worked, the fitness industry wouldn't exist, because our expertise wouldn't be needed.
So please avoid the trainers promising quick fixes and supplements.
