About Jason
Being able to see individuals meet goals they either never thought they could accomplish or have set out for themselves. Helping someone lose the weight they have had for so long or watch them get their first pull up is such a rewarding experience as a coach.
I began my CrossFit adventure in 2013. It helped me get back to the competitive athletic side I've always had. Growing up as a competitive tennis player it was time to get back into the fitness world as I took some time in the professional world in operations.

We will go through an intro workout and evaluation to see your fitness level. This will help me determine how we are going to accomplish your goals.
I have worked with individuals as young as 15 up to those in their young 70's
You may think CrossFit is intimidating and I can assure you I'll walk you through everything you need to be successful!
I'm fond of organizing events for our box. We have had many events ranging from Special Olympics, Pride, Breat Cancer to even Colon Cancer.
