About Matthew
We work with athletes young and old, beginner to advance, in speed and jump training, nutrition, power lifting, sports specific workouts. We also work with everyday people who just want to feel and look better too. Our sports and body building program is called Colossus and our other program is called HyperShred. I have been in the sports performance/personal training industry for over 20 years and I have played college football to rugby for the US Rugby League Hawks. I will work with each client on an individual basis in a group environment.
After college I played arena football and needed a side gig to make more money. I got a job at the Y and the rest is history
I have been certified through the American Council on Exercise or ACE, the YMCA, and I have a BS from Georgia Southern University where I played 4 years of football and one year on rugby.
