About Damien
I began my fitness career over 20 years ago. My programs are based on the best information possible and how that applies to the individual. Within the program is a combination of movement, resistance training and nutrition.
My biggest reward is being a part of the journey that people have while they are becoming a better version of themselves and achieving their goals. I provide the tools and guidance and watch them grow.
