About Kim
I work with clients on every level, nutritional, one-on-one personal training using different modalities so it never gets boring. My background is in physical therapy. I'm also a massage therapist. Humor goes a long way so laughing and enjoying your workout is a big priority of mine.
It gives me great joy to watch my clients learn to love their bodies and themselves and become healthy. It also gives me great pleasure to watch their bodies change quickly. Coming up with new programs each time I see them so that they don't get bored is it challenge that I love.
I've been a personal trainer for almost 30 years as well as a massage therapist. I was a physical therapist and no longer have my license, I decided to go into personal training.

Kim is an excellent masseuse, really experienced and knows the body. She prepared me for my knee replacement to strengthen my body before surgery. The exercises really helped.
