About Maria
I don’t just kick your butt and send you home. Recovery is just as important as weight training. We warm up properly, foam roll & stretch after. The last thing you or I want is to get injured from exercise. One of the biggest things I stress is proper form. It’s so important. I use a variety of equipment to continually challenge your body. I also keep my clients accountable with their diet since it’s the key to success. All these factors contribute to reaching your fitness goals.
This is my life. I live a healthy lifestyle. I cook my own food & I exercise regularly. Everything I tell my clients to do I do as well. I practice what I preach. So it doesn’t feel like “work”. Most of all, I love seeing my clients grow stronger, eat clean and most important that their happy & healthy.
