About AT
I provide one-on-one personal training to clients and Cardio Kickboxing Camp's to clients.
I like to help people achieve their fitness goals. You can only get better if you train smart, train right, and have fun.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. I was also a trainer with the Federal Government as a U.S. Federal Agent teaching fitness and self-defense classes to other agents for re-certification for their job requirements. Taught courses to foreign nationals through the Department of State International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Program out of Mexico and the Middle East.
