About Winston
My business stands out because l put the client first period. We discuss and communicate as much as they like or as little. I try to be very intuned with them so we can achieve the goals they desire! It's important for my client's to have all the information they need to succeed! I have been in the Training biz for 30 years. It is my passion to teach my client's how to attain and maintain optimum wellness and fitness thru good nutrition and hydration, proper strength training and fundamentals. We also incorporate other methods such as Pilates and Yoga into our programs! Core strength is essential! I want people to be happy with themselves. I have trained both young and old and all ages in between. Women and men! Regular folks, bodybuilders, you name it qnd l have probably dealt with it. That's the fun! Seeing people smile with the results!
It gives me great satisfaction to be able to help other people and most importantly help them find some peace and joy!!
