About James
I went through an alternative teaching certification through Florida to teach Physical Education. Once I started teaching, I got into coaching.
I currently have the following certifications certified personal training, strength and conditioning, AFAA nutrition coaching, and Spartan Coach. My experience coaching involves two years of varsity football, strength and conditioning for baseball and basketball, soccer, and volleyball.

My typical process is to initially find out what goals the student has. Next, I do a physical fitness test to see what the athlete can currently do. After, I would focus on weak points to help the athlete improve. Finally, I would set up a program to best push the athlete towards their goals while improving weak points along the way.
I have worked with students ranging from grades Kindergarten through 12th grade (Ages 5-19)
