About Bob
I learned the Tai Chi style I teach after being in an auto accident that left me with 2 shattered vertibre. I was in constant pain. I could not lift either hand shoulder high. I could barely walk or get out of bed. I returned to my martial arts roots and discovered a 'lost' version of Tai Chi. This healing version is so powerful that I went from being crippled to completely pain free and moving freely again in 3 years! I teach my clients how to naturally correct most body problems via these movements. I am 61 but have the performance of a 25 year old! I bring over 45 years of knowledge and experience to you in a way that can be understood and applied by anyone to safely and correctly heal, align and grow. With Tai Chi you don't get older, you get better! I am also a level 3 Rieki Master and teach and certify clients in Rieki / Qigong.
