About Shane
I've been a beach bootcamp instructor/personal trainer at a 5 start resort in Laguna Beach for 17 years. I specialize in funcitional strngth/lean muscle fat loss. With a high level of experience I help guide people on their path of wellness. I love to teach people how to get the most out of their time. Tons of references if needed.
I love helping people take control of their health and piece of mind. Each person has their own set of goals and I love the challenge of teamming up with inidividuals to tackle them.
