About Brad
I've been training for 15 years now and am very passionate about what I do and what I can do for you. I have clients that have never stepped in a gym lose over 65lbs of body fat while increasing lean body mass and some that are bodybuilders preparing for competitions. And I lead all my clients through this process in the most productive and fun way possible.
I have a deep passion for getting my clients the results they desire, your success is my success. Because of this I can be very involved in the day to day of healthy eating and exercising or if you're more comfortable on your own I'll be here to answer any questions you have.
