Multi lingual trainer (Ukrainian, Russian and English) available online and in person. Loose weight and gain muscle with my personal eating and training plans. Also can do couple training with male training so couples can train together!

I trained and in LA FITNNESS for 2 years and am certified with the IFPA as a personal trainer.
